Val DeMuri has been my Audibel Hearing Specialist for many months. Val is prompt in seeing me at my appointment times. Val’s pleasant personality puts me at ease while she evaluates my hearing aids as they help me maneuver through life. Val works efficiently with her computer to see how my hearing aids are functioning and makes any adjustments necessary. She is gentle while she removes wax from my ears.
Very accommodating here & pleasant. Always helpful with my questions. They do their best to satisfy me when I walk out the door. 5 star rating.
The ability to hear gives purpose, meaning and joy to our lives. But as we age, we often lose hearing leaving us isolated. I have been a customer of Audibel for over three years. I have recently started seeing Val Demuri and I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail she has along with her need to make things correct and comfortable for the customer.
I’ll be moving to Georgetown Texas in two weeks, and my hearing provider Ben found an Audibel only 3 miles from my new place. I’m going to miss coming to the Champaign office, everyone is so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. You always make room for me even when I don’t have a scheduled appointment. I tell everyone that if you need hearing aids, this is the place to come.

Sharon was very knowledgeable about hearing aids. She used several information sheets to familiarize me with Audibel Hearing Aids. She was personable and professional, spending a lot of time with me answering my questions and explaining how the hearing aids work. I knew I was losing some of my hearing but was surprised at the amount that was gone from my hearing.
I take my mom to get her hearing aid checked every 3 months. They are always courteous and very helpful. Love the staff at the Gibson City location.
